As a small family business we will not be able to check you in outside our specified times unless prior arrangement are made by phone or email and confirmed by us.
GROUP RESERVATIONS - Please contact us by phone so that we can discuss your needs before you reserve.
LONG TERM RESERVATIONS – Reservations for more than 2 weeks please contact us by phone so that we can discuss your requirements before you reserve.
CHECK-IN POLICY
Check in is available from 11am – 1pm (11.00 hours- 13.00 hours) OR 5pm-8pm (17.00 hours-20.00 hours) on the day of arrival.
We would be grateful if you can let us know your time of arrival and if there are are any changes to your booking please let us know as soon as possible. If you have not arrived by 8pm and not contacted us, we reserve the right to cancel your booking as a 'no show'
CHECK-OUT POLICY
Please vacate your room by 10:30 on the morning of your departure.
Please leave your keys on the table inside the room and shut the door.
CAR PARKING FACILITIES
Off street parking in the area is free
Your booking does not include free parking as we only have spaces for only 3 medium sized cars in the front court of Glenfield Lodge. You are welcome to park for free if there are spaces available. Cars parked here are at the owners risk.
Smoking
Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes, cannabis and other substances is NOT permitted within any part of Glenfield Lodge. Please note that offending guests may be asked to leave immediately and may be liable for professional cleaning of the room and any outstanding balance of nights booked .
Guests found interfering with fire prevention equipment i.e., smoke detectors to prevent fire alarm activation will be asked to leave immediately without any refund.

Here at Glenfield Guest House we take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to administer your booking account. Booking can be made directly with us or via our online booking system with 'Free To Book'. where your data is stored.

We also use online third-party booking agents i.e Expedia, Booking.com and others. Please read their privacy policy if you booking through our third-party agents.
We are required to keep a register of guests over the age of 16 who stay with us, this includes full names and nationality, and/or passport number, place of issue, details of next destination if they are non-British, Irish or Commonwealth guests.This is in accordance with the (Immigration (Hotel records) Order 1972). These records are kept for a minimum of 12 months and in accordance with the DPA (Data Protection Act 1998) and the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation 2018).
You have a right to ask for details of information we hold on you. You also have a right to request that any incorrect information that we hold to be corrected and a right to request that your personal data be deleted , although some records may have a legal requirement to be kept for a certain length of time.
